1. What is your printing process?
All of our creations are professional four color process printed on a heavy weight cardstock with a light gloss finish. Our flat stationery cards are printed with a matte finish suitable for writing. |
2. Can envelopes be shipped separately?
Envelopes can be shipped ahead of time however there is an additional shipping fee. Please contact us for more information. |
3. What is the turn around time for orders?
You will receive a proof of your order within 48 hours. Once your proof has been approved we will ship your order out within 7 business days. You will be notified by email when your order ships. |

4. Do you offer rush service?
We do offer a 3 day rush service for an additonal fee when production allows. Please contact us before placing your order to verify that we can accommodate your needs. |
5. Do you make custom designs?
Absolutely. Please contact us with your idea and we'll try and execute it! |
6. Do you offer a return address?
Not at this time, but it is something we are working on for the future! |
7. What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not please let us know. We will gladly correct any mistake we have made. Non personalized items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. |
